Tony Gallagher is the Design Manager for Harrison Infrastructure Group (HIG), overseeing design teams in Toowoomba, Brisbane, Bundaberg and Rockhampton. Tony is a civil engineer with over 37 years of design experience. Tony’s expertise extends across many fields including, preconstruction projects, all aspects of road and subdivision design, stormwater and cross drainage, traffic signal design, street lighting, pavement design and traffic analysis. 
 

Tony has been instrumental in the delivery of major infrastructure projects throughout the state. His projects are delivered through applying project management practices and principles, drawing on and applying his extensive design experience.
