Steve Luther has 14 years of professional engineering experience in the delivery of road and bridge infrastructure, project management, investigation and planning, detailed design, road safety auditing, traffic management, contract administration and construction supervision. 

Steve has been involved in a wide variety of transport infrastructure development projects, including rural, urban, deviations, reconstruction, rehabilitation and bridges.
