Luke Matthews is a Principal Engineer (RPEQ) who has 19 years of postgraduate experience working on major road infrastructure projects, 14 years of which were spent working exclusively on TMR/council projects. 
 

This experience has given him an intimate knowledge of road design, specifications and project delivery requirements. Luke has a proven track record of managing and leading a range of complex multidisciplinary transportation projects from initial planning phases through to design and implementation
